1. Mandatory Phone Verification Call
To eliminate fictitious bookings and secure inventory allocation, our operations desk places a verification call to the customer phone number provided during checkout.
- Our verification team will confirm the recipient name, exact delivery street/area, device color/storage trim, and total payable amount.
- If the provided phone number is unreachable after 3 attempts across 24 hours, the order will be held in pending state to prevent misrouting.
2. Parcel Inspection & Security Protocol
Every high-value electronic device dispatched by oasisit.tech is sealed with serialized tamper-evident security tape.
- Check the exterior packaging box in the presence of the delivery rider before handover of cash.
- Ensure the security seal tape is intact and has not been sliced or replaced with clear tape.
